I love oysters. Being from the south coast of Boston for almost three decades now, oysters are a way of life for both the restaurants and the ecosystems. “Dollar Oyster Nights” at our local taverns are a huge hit with our family. I always ask for a to-go box for the shells and use them for my muses. Tip: try not to forget the box in the car. (I speak from experience.)
